1. Do I need to pay to create a Challenge?
No, you don’t. You don’t even need a credit card to create a challenge. Your challenge will be active for 15 days. If you decide to keep it open beyond that, you will need to subscribe to one of our paid plans.
2. Can I create a private challenge – something that only my company employees will be able to participate on?
Yes , you have the option of creating a private challenge. For example, only users that have a specific format for the e-mail address ( abc@ibm.com) will be able to see the challenge. This is best use when you want just your employees to participate.
You also have a choice of naming the people you want to invite, by entering their email addresses, if you want just a private group.
3. How do I moderate my challenge – what if someone posts inappropriate content?
As the Challenge author, you have the rights to flag comments as inappropriate, and hide comments. You can also contact users directly, and ask them to reformulate.
